After observing me deliver the keynote address for the Teacher Opportunity Corp Conference in Albany to pre-service teachers, Katherine Ledwell, Associate Director of School-Based Support, invited me to share my wisdom with the members of Teachers College, Columbia University.
My keynote topic was Relationships: The Difference Maker. The participants understood that at the core of teaching is building strong and meaningful relationships with students and learned the different strategies to help them achieve this goal.
